- Drive-side wall (which has the running gear for the elevator behind it) needs to be removable at all times
- This allows technicians access to running gear at routine services
- Cladding cannot exceed 50kg (this capacity includes custom flooring) – if exceeded, the passenger capacity will be affected
- Cladding should not be any thicker than 10mm.
